Cory’s Birthday Purse in Melon Mambo

Cory’s Birthday Purse in Melon Mambo

This is the purse that I made for my friend, Cory's birthday, last week. I totally forgot to take photos of what I made for her before I gave it to her, so I have been waiting to get some from her. I found this awesome tutorial for making the purse from Becky Roberts. Her blog is called Inking Idaho and you can find the tutorial HERE.

I also made her some cards, a few of which I posted about a few days ago. The rest of the cards are here. This first card I used the Always stamp set. It is so elegant! I love it. I also used the elegant lines embossing folder, basic pearls, melon mambo, early espresso and whisper white card stock, and the early espresso 1/8" taffeta ribbon.

For this second card I used the Medallion stamp and the sentiment from the Because I Care hostess set. I used the striped grosgrain pumpkin pie ribbon. I can't get enough of that it is just so very fun!

This last card uses the large medallion type image from the Day of Gratitude stamp set and the Top Note die.

This stamp set is so versatile! You can really use it for any season, just by changing the colors of the ink you use! How great is that??

Well, I hope you enjoy. All of the products used in my projects can be found through my Stampin' Up! website. Just click on the link at the top of my blog and then click SHOP NOW.

Happy Stamping! Alissa
